Beginning this Saturday, July 31, through Friday, August 27, players of Pokemon HeartGold and Pokemon SoulSilver Versions who have wireless broadband Internet access can receive the Enigma Stone for a chance to catch the amazing, yet elusive, Legendary Pokemon Latias or Latios.
Similar to the other half of the Legendary pair that can be caught normally during gameplay, the Pokemon encountered with the Enigma Stone will be at Level 40. In exchange for the Enigma Stone, Pokemon fans will also get the Soul Dew, a held item that powers up the Special Attack and Special Defense of Latios and Latias. Only Pokemon players who have beaten the Elite Four, claimed the National Pokedex, and have two or fewer Wonder Cards can solve the riddle of the Enigma Stone.

THAT STUPID, STUPID LEGENDARY
Why do all of those girls like it anyways? I think its design is dumb, it doesn't even look powerful and it's a stupid EVENT LEGENDARY. All the event Legendaries suck.
....Well, most of them. That Jirachi was pretty cool, even if it was Level 5. Come on, it knew DRACO METEOR!
Anywhoo. /cough/ I was talking about that so called legendary.
It's going to become another Phione, I swear. And Phione sucks.
I bet you that its movepool will be absolutely worthless.
And one more thing, why is it SO SPECIAL that it gets Pokedex number 000?! THAT'S MISSINGNO.'S NUMBER. NOT THAT THING'S.

General: New Legendary Pokemon Revealed!
Hi there! Here's Skylup posting some news in a while! Well, I got news that a new legendary pokemon is revealed and is similar to Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, and Shaymin! It's called Victini! (ビクティニ) More information can be found here.
